This includes the client interview, assessment, report and stakeholder management
In total this process takes approximately 5 hours ($969.95)
This can be paid for privately or through your NDIS funding
For those on NDIS this can come out of the Core Supports budget or Capacity Building Supports Budget under Improved Daily living.
The Process
The physiotherapist will drive to either your house or a mutually agreed-upon location. They will ask you questions about your employment and medical history. They may also need to conduct some tests to determine what tasks you can and cannot do. Afterward, they will write a report based on this assessment and send it to you via email or post.
